A look inside

About the app
Why Aftermath
Right now, something hurts. A breakup. A job that ended. Someone you lost. A door that closed. Aftermath is the companion that gets you through it — one small step a day.
Pick your situation — breakup or divorce, job loss, the death of a loved one, rejection, or a friendship that fell apart — and the whole app adapts: your program (30–90 days), the words you read, even the colors. Each day takes about a minute: check in with how your heart feels — storm, rain, clouds, clearing or sun — read a short daily passage written for exactly where you are, and take one tiny, doable step. Have a hard day? The app notices, and meets you there.
While you heal, your daily check-ins grow a small plant that sways, leafs and finally blooms. Miss a day and it droops — but it never dies, because healing isn't linear and your streak knows it. And for the 2 AM moments, there's the "I'm struggling" button.
